We desire to provide a warm and caring welcome to our Sunday worship services at Apostles. We have a number of different ministry teams which seek to meet the needs of the congregation and guests, facilitate worship service logistics and encourage fellowship through hospitality.

Ministry Opportunities
There are a number of ministry teams that you can join to help serve during our Sunday Worship services:
Communion Care
The Communion Care team sets up, breaks down and takes care of items (i.e. bread, wine, chalices, patens, purificators, etc.) used during communion time at each worship service.
Connections Team
This team provides follow-up to visitors at Apostles. Team members help connect visitors to the larger church community by building relationships and meeting with new visitors.
Drama Team
The Drama Team uses dramatic readings, comic sketches, scenes from Scripture and real-life dramas to communicate Biblical truths during worship services.
Facility Team
The Facility team makes sure that the physical building is in order before and after each worship service.
Flower Team
The Flowers Team provides flowers (through donations) for the worship services, and they decorate the worship center for Christmas, Easter and other special celebrations.
Greeters
Greeters provide a ministry of welcome and hospitality to everyone who comes to an Apostles worship service. Greeters meet people as they arrive for worship and assist them in finding childcare, restrooms and the worship space as well as answer questions about Apostles. They also hand out bulletins and host the information table where sermon CDs and informational brochures are located.
Lay Eucharistic Ministers and Readers
This ministry team is responsible for serving Holy Communion during the worship service. Members are also assigned Bible texts to be read during the worship service.
Music Team
The Music team provides music leadership during our weekly worship services.
Prayer Team
This team provides prayer for people during our worship services.
Sound Team
The Sound Team operates the soundboard during the worship service, including audio, video and related needs. They also record the sermons during the service.
Ushers
Ushers are responsible for seating worshippers, collecting the Sunday offering and directing the communion traffic flow.
