We have a number of different teams that seek to minister to Adults in our congregation. Volunteers are always welcome to serve on these teams. If you are interested in serving on one of these teams, please fill out the Ministry Sign up Sheet.
Ministry Opportunities
Alpha Team
The Alpha team leads a ten-week introduction to the Christian Faith and helps people of all backgrounds explore the meaning of life. Alpha also provides a practical opportunity for church members to bring friends to find out more about Christianity.
Crown Ministries
Crown Financial Ministries trains people to be financially faithful in order to know Christ more intimately and to be freed to serve Him. Crown at Apostles is an ongoing ministry program for members and non-members.
Marriage Ministry
This team will focus on three areas of ministry to married and pre-married couples. Pre-marriage preparation, marriage mentors, and first response for marriages in crisis.
Men’s Ministry
This team plans and guides the development of groups for men at Apostles. They also host our men’s retreat.
Small Groups
This ministry team offers a variety of small groups to which Apostles members and nonmembers can gather for outreach, Bible study, sharing, prayer, care and community.
Women’s Ministry
This team plans and guides the development of ministries for women at Apostles. They host a Fall Retreat, fellowship gatherings and a day-time women’s Bible study.
Women in the Word
Women in the Word is an in-depth Bible Study teaching women who they are in Christ and how to live that out in the power of the Holy Spirit. It meets every Monday evening from 7-9 PM.
