To have the sermon delivered to you each week, you will need a feed or RSS reader to recognize and download the latest sermon. iTunes works well for this - it can download the new sermon as well as play it, but you can use any RSS reader you want. And no, I don't work for Apple. Here is a huge list of some readers. To get set up, just copy this URL http://www.apostles-raleigh.org/feed.xml and paste it into the appropriate place in your reader (usually under "New Stream" or Open Stream"). In iTunes, you would go to Advanced and then Open Stream. After you paste it in, the reader will recognize when a new sermon has been posted and it will automatically be downloaded for you. Of course it's up to you to actually listen to them...
